How do I start a trial?
Click any of the "Try Now" buttons. This creates an account for you on the fly. To keep this account and start your free 30-day trial, click the link at the top of the page inside Scrumwise.
How do I sign up for a paid plan?
Go to the tab "Your company account" in the settings in Scrumwise, and click the "Sign up" button on the monthly or yearly plan. For the yearly plan, if you would like a quote first, click the link "Or, request a quote" at the bottom of the signup popup.
How is my price calculated?
On the monthly plan, we'll bill you each month according to the number of users in your account, at $9 per user per month. On the yearly plan, we'll bill you upfront for the year for a selected number of users, at $90 per user per year. For more info on the yearly plan, see here.
How do I pay?
On the monthly plan, you pay with credit card, either Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. On the yearly plan, you can use bank transfer or credit card.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, we'll send you invoices by email. They're legally valid invoices that you can use in your accounting. If you're based in the EU, the invoices use the EU VAT handling rules.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You won’t be billed anymore after that. To cancel your account, see here.
